Commercial Leasing Representative
Working with a growth success driven, energetic and talented team, your responsibilities will include:
Providing dedicated tenant representation to a variety of different types and sizes of businesses
Communicating with various retail, office & industrial business owners as it relates to their specific business space leasing needs
Conducting lease analysis & assessment reporting via a systematic process
Providing commercial lease negotiations & lease structuring support
Conflict resolution/mediation support and guidance with landlord disputes
Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess:
CLO desigation or have the equivalent in skill & knowledge and is prepared to obtain such certification
Previous tenant representation/leasing experience and/or previous landlord or property management representation experience
A passion for the art of fair negotiation
A solid understanding of the commercial retail, office & industrial real estate environment
A proven knowledge of commercial lease agreements and ancillary documentation requirements
Excellent verbal & written communication skills and be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
